Madison Iseman in Bathing Suit Poses With "My Favorite Cool Cats and Kittens" Celebwell

Madison Iseman is cooling down this summer – in her swimsuit. The I Know What You Did Last Summer actress flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying a pool day with friends and family in one of her latest social media posts. "My favorite cool cats & kittens," she captioned the Instagram photos. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Madison Iseman stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

"I'm no nutrition expert, but I do eat clean and healthy," Madison told ESPN about her approach to diet. "I always make sure I have a protein, carbs, and lots of greens. Because I'm trying to gain more muscle mass, I try to eat a lot more. I tend not to eat as much while filming, and I had to set reminders on my phone because it's easy for the day to escape me when shooting."

Madison enjoys low-impact exercise classes. "When I turned 18, I got into yoga and discovered barre classes," she told ESPN.  Why is yoga a great workout? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," Harvard Health says. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Madison also lifts weights. "I'm usually doing a little bit of everything in the gym and have days in which I focus specifically just on my arms, legs, back or chest. A lot of my workouts also come from watching videos on YouTube and Instagram. My favorite accounts to watch are AnnaVictoria and EmLouiseFitness," she told ESPN. "I also got into weight training, and in doing so, I've watched my body become much stronger."

Madison also enjoys hiking. While filming I Know What You Did Last Summer she went on a scenic hike with one of her costars. "We went chasing waterfalls," she captioned an Instagram post.

Self-love is "trusting/believing in yourself fully," Madison told Glitter. "Its so easy to get wrapped up in social media and "who's who" we start to forget how truly awesome we are. Just think, as a human being, we have the power to make a difference, make someone smile, forgive others, create new things, think beyond our imagination and so much world. We, ourselves, are so powerful and its so easy to lose sight of that. The second we focus on ourselves and make goals and focus on what makes us happy, we will find that the right people and circumstances will be right infant of our eyes."
